If you have a New York construction or auto case that’s outside your usual practice — or one that warrants federal-court preparation — we’d like to talk. Generous co-counsel fee splits per the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, no client-poaching, and a single point of contact at the firm.
Founding & Managing Attorney · Amparo Law Firm
Founding Partner Bob Amirian, Esq. clerked for Chief Judge Sharon Prost on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, then practiced at Venable LLP. Federal-court training shows up in every brief we file.
Chief Operating Officer Jordan Sakni ran NYC construction development at Simba Property Group. Reads GC contracts, OAC meeting minutes, OSHA citation patterns, and subcontractor safety-budget negotiations the way the people running the project read them. (Jordan is not admitted; all legal work is performed by Bob and any future admitted attorneys at the firm.)
